We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of the city, just a short walk to the main attractions like the Duomo. The tram and bus stops are less than 100 yards away, making it easy to travel around the city and even to and from the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the rooms were small but perfectly suitable for our needs. The breakfast in the foyer was surprisingly varied and delicious.
Everything is what we need and want.

It was not too far from the city center, with beautiful canals nearby, and conveniently close to main public transport. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and warm, with two single beds that were perfect for a solo traveler like me. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The breakfast served each morning was a simple yet enjoyable start to the day.
The beds could have been more comfortable, as they were two singles pushed together.

The basic breakfast included in the price is a nice touch.
The air conditioning in the room with 2 single beds was not working properly.
